"Perfect for two sisters traveling to visit relatives. We sat on the balcony with light wraps and enjoyed the candle lit lanterns in the fading twilight; prepared breakfast in the well equipped kitchen; and relaxed in the living room on cozy couches. Peaceful sleep on comfy beds in our separate bedrooms.Nearby Ingles market had everything needed for our stay."

"We only see each other at weddings and wanted to get together for a longer time (without children because it's impossible to arrange it with my grand children whose ages range from 8-29. This requires accommodating spouses or older children). We had a great time. Ashville was great to walk around and has good restaurants. We spent a day visiting the Smoky Mountain National park, and a day at the Biltmore. The SunnySide was great, perfect for us. Close to downtown and easy to get to."

"We loved our stay here - the place was sparkling clean when we arrived and was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have two dedicated parking spots, and the location was very convenient. We could easily walk down to Light Side coffee and Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville was a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A very well appointed and beautiful-house. Everything you need is there. A wardrobe with drawers would be helpful in the room with 2 queens as well as an additional bath room on the 3rd floor, even a powder room. And we mastered that extremely steep and narrow driveway. Overall very nice. We enjoyed our stay and recommend."

"Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and back porch were really nice. I will definitely stay at Little Sparrow next time I am in Asheville."

"What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have....

"The cabin is a perfect couples getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sounds of the creek right next to the cabin. It’s close enough to Asheville and hiking but not too close to be too touristy. The only thing I would mention is that the yard is not fully fenced in like it looks like on the pictures. I specifically had chosen that cabin for that because we were bringing our dogs. And we had some ants in the kitchen but I guess it comes with being out in nature."
