"From this home to the Pike’s Peak Cog Railway station is only three uphill blocks. We enjoyed this attraction in the morning followed by an easy hike at Garden of the Gods in the afternoon. After several days of eating in restaurants over graduation/Mothers Day weekend, we were happy to cook our own meals. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed."

"We loved staying in this historic home during our trip to Colorado Springs. The casita and extra bedroom were perfect for our small family. The architecture is impressive. Both spaces are well designed. Caren was kind, professional and helpful with emails. Check-in/out procedures were clear. We feel privileged to have stayed in her home. The fenced yard was helpful since we brought our small dog. Everything was first class. We look forward to returning."

"Very clean and comfortable house. It was perfect for our weekend stay. The walk to Main Street was quick and mountain biking is close by. It has a huge yard which was great for my two kids and the beds are comfortable. The fire pit was great for a night of s’mores!"

There is detached garage/apartment with another unit on the backside of the property that shares an outdoor area. We were not aware of this when booking but it was not an issue for our stay. "The house was very nice and spacious for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances to prepare meals at home. The house was well stocked with linens,detergents, and soaps. Although we did not have any pets I was surprised at the focus on them. I like the small town atmosphere but close enough to a large city for day trips. Was perfect location to go to the Royal Gorge Park, rafting and horseback riding in Garden of the Gods. "The place we stayed was a very nice, with lots of indoor plant which we enjoyed. The outdoor area was in process of getting a landscape upgrade which we could tell was going to be gorgeous. The place was close walking distance to eating areas, shopping and train ride. Highly recommend home."

"This was a beautifully appointed and finished property. It was so new that some things still needed to be finished to make it perfect. The kitchen drawer pulls and cabinet door handles weren't installed which made it difficult to open the drawers. There was a record snowfall while we were there which was absolutely gorgeous. The location is primo. Would for sure stay there again. The host Paula, was very responsive and helpful."

"In need of some minor maintenance (light bulbs in the backyard, coffee maker that doesn’t spill over, can opener that works, filter on the refrigerator, dripping sink, fence hole with aggressive neighbor dogs). However it’s quite comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay!"
