"We spent 2 nights in this nice small house located near Garden of the Gods and pikes peak. Everything thing was cozy and mostly as advertised. Our only complaint was that the refrigerator had open food and drinks. The was also a half eaten energy bar still in it wrapper. And the place had much dust around. It’s a small issue but with the cleaning fees so high it’s worth noting and it may have been a one time thing "

"Communication and overall process was rough due to transitioning between clsystems. Our initial room wasn't what we expected. The room smelled terribly of marijiana and the AC unit was making a terrible noise. The on sight manager immediately moved us to a different cabin that was incredible and he took excellent care of us. So it was rough 48 hours-check in. But once on site and moved, we were incredibly satisfied with our stay. "

Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing. When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment. The shower floor had mold on it. When the hideaway bed was out...

"The tiny home was nice, but there were too many obstacles to overcome for a 5 star. The house is on the exterior of the trailer park neighborhood, making the 530-7 AM time hard to sleep through as you hear the traffic/ music/ loud motorcycles as there is a stop light adjacent. We were almost run over numerous times by other tenants/ residents. The grounds were in need of a weed eating or mowing and there were ants on the outside furniture. The washing machine combo did not work, the clothes...
