"The hotel was nice, some areas need repairing and some paint but overall it was a good stay. The evening meal menu had changed compared to their website which was inconvenient but the food was really nice especially the breakfast."

"The cottage is in a beautiful residential area that is so quiet and peaceful. The photographs don’t do the cottage justice and is better in real life. Was exceptionally clean and everything you needed was provided. Has a spacious and open plan lounge / dining table / kitchen area. We stayed with our 12 and 10 year old grandchildren for our annual summer trip and they said this was by far the best stay they’ve had. The beach is 2 mins drive / 15 mins walk away and similar for local pub and restaurants. Branksome Dene beach is a hidden treasure and not crowded at all. We would thoroughly recommend booking for a vacation."

"Absolutely lovely place, everything as you expect on this high end holiday rental, location - 10 min stroll to Branksome beach, 5 mins stroll lovley pub round corner, host PJ very welcoming and checked in to make sure we were happy, deffinatlty will be going back"
