Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive

"This was our first experience with Excellence. It will not be our last. Property was crazy nice and the staff went above and beyond during our stay. We stayed in an Excellence Club OV suite. The club area is worth the money, but we did spend a day at the main pool and could easily have just as nice of a stay if we opted to not spend the money for a club level experience. The food variety was nice and the quality was good. The wait staff at the pools were always present. We REALLY enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Ziva from Oct 10-17, 2026. Loved our room in the club tower — having access to the food in the main floor lounge was really lovely. We took advantage of it often. Staff were wonderful and the nightly shows were amazing. Great time!"
