"The hotel is located in a very good location, it also has parties that guest can be transferred to. The resort is fairly clean and well kept, but the rooms do need a little tlc. There are many pools and hanging out areas for relaxing and drinks. The beach was not the best. Most of the staff was friendly, a few did stand out with poor attitudes, the food was ok, it was the same product at the buffet every night, for brkfst, lunch and dinner. I did also observe a lot of repurposing the morning after with items from previous day being used for other dishes. The steakhouse food was the best, no reservations req, but do arrive early. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend."

"Thank you to the cleaning crew for always ensuring my room was cleaned every day. The staff constantly mopped the common areas after guests came in from the pool and beach. The entertainment staff was fun and always welcomed guests to participate in contests and activities. My favourite meals were from the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Overall, a great stay for my family and me"

"I had to ask for a coffee pot, sweetener, and coffee. I did receive a coffee pot on the 3rd day, but no coffee until day 3. Our room was cleaned every day, however I had to keep asking for more than 1 wash cloth. There were 2 of us. When it rained there was 1 to 2 inches of water in the hallways and the ceiling plaster was falling down. One of the elevations only worked about ever other time. LOVED the adult pool bartender. He was fun, entertaining, and kind. As was his wife Veronica.The 8th floor bartender was very efficient and kind. After the first time he waited on us he knew what we liked. The food was great at the buffet."
