Stunningly beautiful & clean resort with lots of dining/bar options. Food was phenomenal and drinks were plentiful. Our room was great, with lots of space and nice views, although they weren't consistent with replenishing the snacks/bar fridge (some things got replaced and others didn't, varied day-to-day). Resort was big enough to not feel like you were on top of people but small enough that everything was easy to get to. Shows/entertainment were well done and staff were pleasant and helpful. Being a part of the Excellence Club was a nice perk for the extra use of certain areas & the spa hydrotherapy. Highly recommend this resort!

I enjoyed my stay at excellence. The rooms and property were clean and well maintained. The staff was wonderful. They were very accommodating to my gluten free diet and the food was actually very tasty. Drinks were good- bartenders were great. The shows were awesome- we saw pure energy perform and also the live saxophone. Everyone was helpful and kind. The beach was cleaned up nice with chairs available. We did an excursion to the island which was fun. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. There were many others we met who had been there multiple times and now i can see why. I would return again. Things worth mentioning- there was good bathroom access in many places if your room is too far. The food had such good flavor in most restaurants ( i didn't try them all) i didn't find the service to be as good at the fancier ones, the service was more attentive and friendlier at the more casual spots. With food sensitivities- eating out can be stressful but this wasn’- foods clearly labeled that i could eat and the servers doubled checked everything. They went out of their way to make me gluten free pancakes for breakfast. towels were available at the beach and pool spots. Lots of little things and activities to do throughout the day. Room service 24/7. In room fridge with drinks. It’s a good drive from the airport, like 25 min or so without stopping so bring a water. The hotel included sailboat was so fun, we saw sea turtles! Coffee/ice cream shop was amazing.
