"The room was spotless! The bathroom was well stocked and even had a rubber ducky which was a very nice touch. It had a very well stocked kitchenette, and 2 queen size beds for a very reasonable price. The best part: it was dog friendly! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone I know"

"Our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first. Cozy, clean, and very private, with a private hot tub, deck, and BBQ that made it so relaxing. We even went canoeing again in December! The host is easy to communicate with. This will definitely be our go-to spot for a romantic getaway "

"Hot tub and fire pit areas and living room taking advantage of the incredible view were awesome. Even enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit in the rain thanks to the nice covering. The house was huge with plenty of space for our multi-generational group. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a lovely touch. There was a trailhead for one of the provincial parks very close by. The place was a 15-20 min ride from anywhere in town so it’s a little inconvenient to go back and forth during the day. Be aware that to get to Highway 4 you do have to go all the way into Qualicum and back out - there’s no connection by car in the community. Definitely a place you can feel very private in. Kitchen was large - equipment in the drawers were a bit haphazard but we were able to cook meals at the house without much problem - grill worked great and plenty of propane was provided."
