"This was a perfect hotel, it had everything we needed, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is quite a walk to the restaurants in town, although they do have a restaurant on site. It has a lovely pool and hot tub and has chairs and a fire pit outside. "

The hotel is made up of charming individual cottages, each with its own unique and beautiful appearance. It felt like a little village! Getting to the downtown was also very convenient. "This was my third stay at Caribou Lodge, and yet again it was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, staff were helpful and friendly, helping with anything I needed or asked, which as a solo traveller is always reassuring. The room was clean and well maintained, bed and pillows comfortable - perfect after long days hiking and exploring the local area. The hot pool and sauna were also very welcome amenities after the hikes! Location wise, it's a 10 minute walk into the main downtown area, but it's an easy walk - or the Roam bus is just outside. "
