"We spent three weeks in Numa’s spacious and beautiful apartment. Still decorated as it was when his mother lived there, the apartment had a warm and authentic feel. Check in was very welcoming and smooth. The apartment is outfitted very well with everything we needed. The terraces were wonderful and we slept very well in the beds. "Four of us stayed for two nights while visiting Assisi. We were met by the owner who helped us “move in”. All amenities are as advertised. All of the artwork and collectibles enhanced its beauty. The terrace is large and provides a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The host made dinner reservations for us in a wonderful local restaurant called Taverna dell Orso. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Umbria."

"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...
