Problem for me as a female solo traveler was the fact there were about 15-30 homeless? men from morning to late evening every day; I didn‘t feel safe walking up the little hidden street. Not very close to the historic center but our active family loved walking through the neighborhood streets to get to the water front and shopping. We made some wonderful memories and had some great meals! The apartment was perfect!"
