Haus Abel - with pool and garden in central Lisbon
Escape the ordinary and discover your cozy corner in Lisbon, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom townhouse with a private pool and garden. This modern 140sqm house, thoughtfully designed, offers an ideal retreat for families, friends, or remote workers seeking a memorable Lisbon experience.
With easy access to Lisbon`s CBD via metro, train, and bus, the airport is just 5 minutes away, as well as the main highway junctions. Warm welcome @hausabel.
Haus Abel is an understated family-friendly home located in the heart of Lisbon. Originally built in 1950, it was recently renovated to offer all the modern comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable stay. Actually, it is our home whenever we are in town and that is why you will recognise a personal touch.
Downstairs, you`ll find a spacious living room that opens up to a large private garden and pool, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking up delicious meals to enjoy with friends and family. It goes without saying that the house boasts high-speed Wifi, cable TV, HiFI sound system, allowing you to stream your personal services, like Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Prime.
Upstairs, three cosy bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a separate bathroom.
Outside, you are surrounded by a 400sqm private garden with swimming pool, where you can sunbathe or use the barbecue grill. And in the front-yard you can park your car and use the EV charger if necessary. There are also poles to park and lock bicycle, should you decide to rent some.
This is my own house, decorated with love and care. You may find it personal, I call it home whenever I am in Lisbon.
The house is all yours, in all privacy

Don`t worry: the house is prepared for a hassle-free check-in and checkout, and thoroughly inspected before your arrival by our dedicated Alexandra.
I will be just a message away, easily reachable. Don`t hesitate to call for advices.
Alvalade is a residential neighbourhood nestled in the city centre. It is ideally connected with the historic downtown or the main axes that take you out of Lisbon to Porto or the Algarve. As a rule of thumb, you are 20min away from anything.
Alvalade dates from the 50s and you will enjoy its tranquillity, being surrounded by locals instead of by tourists. You will be able to shop and find plenty of restaurants within walking distance. You can order home delivery or decide to organise a barbecue yourself, with fish or meat brought from the local market nearby.
Maybe you brought your car. You can park it inside, as you won`t need it so much. I would dissuade you to drive into downtown, but it is not impossible. Just expensive to park.
You can always decide how to move around. Two metro lines lie 800 mts from the house and train station is less than 500 mts and the bus line a mere 100 mts. Uber/Bolt are very affordable, too.

It is not advisable to park the cars outside as the street is intended for residents with a special car permit. Please park inside the gate.
