"This is one of the top five hotels I have ever stayed at!!! If you are going to London, this is the perfect hotel. The staff was so attentive, caring and kind. Our room was OUTSTANDING! We stayed in the River suite. The room came with every amenity you could imagine including a Sonos sound system, Christophe Robin toiletries, plush robes, a fireplace and the best sleep in our massive bed. Every single employee went above and beyond to attend to anything we needed. It’s perfectly located in Covent Garden which is centrally located to so many great sites. We are already missing our amazing hotel, The Middle Eight!"
