"Housekeeping was nonexistent - went out and asked for towels, maid never showed up to make beds/freshen the room, despite hanging a sign asking them to do so. No microwave or coffee/tea in room. No hair conditioner or lotion. Nice pool, but no jacuzzi. But the bed was comfy and there was hot water. Slept well."

"The staff were extremely helpful & friendly when I did the check in process. Our room was nice, spacious & the bed was real comfortable. The exterior window from the 3rd floor room we were staying at was covered with bird droppings & was a bit of an eyesore but we just kept the blinds closed. Pool was nice & the breakfast was good. My wife & I overall experience was great & will return again! Highly recommend! "
