Pleasant Bay Village Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful spot and great attention to detail for guests"
Chatham! 3BR house, large quiet yard, 5 min to beach, walk to shops, restaurants
10/10 Excellent
"Cozy home in great location. awesome outdoor shower and back deck. Didn’t see a hammock in the back yard as shown in photos, but didn’t check with the hosts as it wasn’t a big deal. Host was very easy to work with. Would stay again! "
Waterfront 3-BR House w Hot tub: kayak/canoe up the tidal river to Pleasant Bay!
10/10 Excellent
"The host was very attentive. The house was situated close to downtown Chatham but was in a quiet neighborhood and the back porch was a peaceful gathering spot for our group. During our visit the hot tub was under repair and the host graciously refunded some of our fees since we weren’t able to use it. We enjoyed using the kayak and canoe. We will definitely try to stay here when we come back to the Cape."
"A beautiful property and grounds in a lovely neighbourhood. Fantastic breakfast and snacks in the room. Reasonably convenient for walking into town (and a very quick drive if you want to save your legs).

"Our family of 6 (our Adult children and a grandchild) had a wonderful time at this resort. The pool area, dining, and boat trips (one to a private beach that is complimentary) were the highlights. And the service is top notch, very attentive. Also paid for a boat tour to see the seals and lighthouse which was excellent with Captain John. The rooms could use some upgrades and some painting/cleaning around the cottages. For a top notch family resort on Cape Cod, it’s either here or Chatham Inn. "
South Cottage: 2285-H Waterfront, Six Bedrooms, Free Boating Bonus!
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at South Cottage in East Harwich was truly spectacular. The property offers stunning water views with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that made every morning and evening memorable.A highlight of our stay was discovering we could watch The Wequassett Resort's fireworks display right from the backyard. Experiencing the July 4th show from our own private viewing area was absolutely magical and unforgettable. The six-bedroom house comfortably accommodated our large family group and came well-stocked with essentials including shower and beach towels, kitchen amenities, laundry supplies, and beach chairs in the shed. Check-in instructions were detailed and clear, with excellent communication from property management throughout our stay.A few items worth noting for future guests: We encountered significant flies during our first few days (quickly addressed by management) and found numerous ticks on the property - typical for Cape Cod but worth being prepared for. The grill lacks an automatic igniter and can be dangerous, resulting in one guest getting burned when gas flowed too quickly before manual ignition. We reported this safety concern to management. We also experienced two major thunderstorms that knocked out power for hours each time, affecting WiFi and appliances. A backup generator would be a valuable addition for guest comfort.Management was responsive to all our concerns and documented everything appropriately. Overall this property is a Cape Cod diamond!"
