"This property met and exceeded all of our expectations. Great property in a great location with such easy access to downtown Chatham and the beach. I hadn’t been to Cape Cod in 20 years, so we greatly appreciated the information on the area from Keith and Linda. The house had all the extras (linens, towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc. - plus great restaurant recommendations) that made our vacation easier. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Cape Cod)."

"What a great place to stay in order to get to know Chatham. The house was perfect for our family: clean, comfortable, and big enough that we could all have our own space. The outdoor shower was a highlight, as well as the proximity to downtown and the beaches. Highly recommend!"

"Host quickly responded when I had a question. Cute place to stay perfect for sisters. Not recommended for someone tall since the bathroom has a slanted ceiling. Also, challenging getting our suitcases up the stairs. Loved the proximity to downtown being a couple of blocks away. We ended up driving to Nauset Beach to enjoy the sound of the waves instead of the beaches that were closer. Definitely would stay again!"

"Great location, close to the famous Squire and the restaurant (Wild Goose Tavern) on-site was terrific and made the experience a positive one. Elena makes an awesome martini, and Bobby was a friendly welcoming personality. Ben was awesome during dinner. Hotel staff should take lessons from the restaurants customer service training. Front Desk team is as cold as Elena’s martinis. Never a greet or smile unless we initiated. Not very welcoming. Room was fine. Bathroom not fine. Never stood in a tub that creaked before. Cheap bath fitter tub/shower, hospital room bathroom feel. Bed was comfy. Small pool which served its purpose for a quick refreshing dip. Wound consider a return but definitely wound explore other options as well."

"The property is gorgeous and Scott was very responsive in fixing minor issues. There are just a couple of suggestions I might make. The Gables has a wonderful Digital Guest Book which I wish we had earlier. They make lots of recommendations, but we had already contracted with a provisioner and photographer. Also, I think it is important that guests know that in two rooms you have to enter/exit either to the outside or through another bedroom."

"This was our second time staying here and it was just a wonderful as the first. Open floor plan and large private lawn were great for our family to spread out. Close to beaches and downtown but also quiet and peaceful. We will be back!"
