"I’ve had a wonderful stay at Barceló Aguamarina. Clean room with plenty plug sockets and the bed and linen were so comfortable. I slept extremely well on this trip. All the staff work extremely hard to make your stay pleasant and carefree, all very friendly and approachable. My only slight criticism is that I was entitled to up to 3 alcoholic drinks with my evening meal as part of half board plus promotion. The wait staff in restaurant were happy to give you your first drink but never asked me again. I had to ask if I wanted another and it makes you feel like you are bothering them when they are busy. It would be nice to be offered your second or third drink. This is only a minor issue but it did frustrate me slightly. It felt like I was being rushed to finish and leave. I would definitely return again. "

"We will not be staying here again no cleaning done in our apartment , our sun beds not washed or the floors around the complex. I had to ask for sheets to be changed after a week In that heat. The chamber maids where lovely. You did get clean towels every day. "

"Just back from 10 days at Inturotel Sa Marina and loved, loved, loved it! The property was beautiful and all the staff amazing. I cannot remember everyone’s name but really enjoyed engaging with Elan and Iqbal (I think) in the restaurant and Abel at the front desk. The hotel is spotless and all the staff are extremely friendly and work very hard."
