Close to the beach (6 min drive to one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve been to) and a short walk to Cala Figuera. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen (although we were only a group of 3) and both bathrooms were great! We would absolutely stay here again."

"A beautiful, well equipped villa. We stayed for a week, a family of 11 and a baby. The villa is spacious with a lovely outside area and the pool is fantastic. Owners and manager were very helpful, gave us recommendations for a great boat trip. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return."

"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erhofft. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Finka wurde auch teils renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist. Von morgens 7:00 Uhr bis ca. 16:00 Uhr wird sehr laut gearbeitet. Den Grill wie auf den Bildern gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein abgenutzter Grill aus dem Baumarkt bereit. Eine Nacht...

"Had a wonderful stay here with 4 friends. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It is in a wonderful location right on the beach and easily accessible to the centre of Cala D'or and Cala Ferrera. Tom was at the apartment to meet us and let us check in earlier which was great, thank you Tom. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon with my family."

"Well equipped property with everything we needed. Slight problem getting in as there are 2 number 18s on the street and it was hard to see at night. We spent a lot of time trying to get into the wrong one! Positives were great comms from the owner - very clean with everything we needed. Very quiet and an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were not particularly comfortable and it would benefit from some new mattresses. There was a slight issue also with the flies that live...

"This property would easily accommodate 6, but you could squeeze in a couple more in a jam, since both couches in the main room are convertible. The modern washing machine, dish washer and fridge contrast with the classic (and perfectly usable) oven. The pool looks lovely but we didn’t have time to try it out on this trip. All in all a great stay. The beach of Cala Llombards is a short walk away, and a convenient little supermarket is just a few steps in the other direction. Communication...

"Würden die Finka jederzeit wieder buchen. Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders die Lage, Nähe zum Strand, hat einen großen Vorteil. In der Küche sind alle Geräte vorhanden, um sich auch mal selber etwas kochen zu können."
