The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. They always called a taxi for us, the room was very modern and had charger ports in walls, plenty of towels, everything you could hope for it did We explored Florence and Tuscany while here and weren’t able to take advantage of the spa amenities so we can’t comment on that.
