"Fantastic stay in a great gated property. Our room is spacious and very clean. We liked the facilities and environment. They also have a mini mart and a restaurant inside the campground which made everything so convenient. We would love to visit again."

"Villa Neroli exceeded our expectations. The service and cleanliness were superb. We had a very early morning flight from Florence. The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. Very satisfied and this will be our first choice to stay if we ever visit Florence again."

They always called a taxi for us, the room was very modern and had charger ports in walls, plenty of towels, everything you could hope for it did We explored Florence and Tuscany while here and weren’t able to take advantage of the spa amenities so we can’t comment on that. "The Hotel Jane is a gem of a hotel. The rooms were comfortable and all of the staff were welcoming and professional. The safe was a little tricky, but once I figured it out, it was easy. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and the coffee was tasty. Definitely worth staying for. Later on in the day, you can get a drink or snack in the breakfast area. Hotel Jane is easy walking distance to bus stops and all the taxi/Ubers are familiar with the hotel because it is so well liked. I absolutely will stay here the next time I am in Florence. "

"A beautiful property with helpful staff. We arrived late due to a train delay. They helped us find a restaurant and a taxi quickly. The only downside is the location- no restaurants close by- alternatively the restaurant inside the hotel was surprisingly good. Highly recommend "
