"We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen."

"We had 2 - 3 day stays at the Premier Inn, Churchill Way, Cardiff a week apart, both were very good. The staff were very friendly & helpful to us. The few complaints that I have would be directed at management. Fresh towels are needed each day for stays longer than an overnight as there are no heated towel racks to dry the towels & they should be delivered to the room. "The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...
