Whether it's your first trip to Costa Rica or you're a frequent visitor, the stunning scenery and endless list of activities are not to be missed! Our lovely 2 bedroom is the perfect launchpad for your trip, and we comfortably sleep up to 6 guests!

The large master bedroom with king bed features an upgraded private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, doors to the terrace, and views onto the golf course. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the second bathroom with a shower is just outside the door. This beautiful condo also has plenty of storage with two walk-in closets and a big laundry room.

PLEASE NOTE: As part of ongoing improvements at the Beach Club, roof repairs will begin on Monday, February 24th, continuing through the first week of May. Work will be done in stages to minimize disruptions, and all efforts will be made to keep affected areas open as much as possible. There may be some noise during this time, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we enhance our facilities!

We are happy to provide referrals and contact information to book these but are unable to schedule on your behalf.

Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
