"Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) I would appreciate a smart TV with modern streaming apps. 2.) The shower set up was a bit odd. The tub had a half glass door that leaked water during showers. Not a deal breaker for us and overall happy with our stay here, will definitely come back. "

"Lovely hotel right on the canal that gives you the perfect ultimate Venice experience. Rooms are somewhat basic but neat and tidy with amenities. The front desk was very accommodating and helpful and helped organize some fun tours for us during our stay"

"Outstanding service, Iacopo at front desk proactively cares for every need. Lovely roof top bar on grand canal, breakfast in the morning, quiet outside patio. The deluxe king was spacious even had a couch. We would definitely go there again"
