"We stayed at the Hotel RIU Plaza Toronto for 7 nights during a family reunion, and we were thoroughly impressed. The staff made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Every team member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming - we were greeted warmly whenever we entered the lobby, which created such an inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. The location was excellent and convenient for everything we needed. Our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities - including a safe, small fridge, iron, and plenty of towels were very useful. We found our Deluxe Two Queen rooms noticeably more spacious than the Deluxe King, which was on the smaller side, but both were comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. The food was delicious, and we want to give special recognition to Penina from the breakfast team. She went above and beyond by reserving two tables for our large group every morning. Her warm smile, helpful and friendly persona truly elevated our experience. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We were delighted with our choice and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."
