"This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"I thought I would be getting more of a luxury experience but it was not it at all. The room was clean from the naked eye but I noticed the floors were dirty and the room had a smell to it. The air was NOT working. Maintenance tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the placement of the air but it was literally hot all night. I could hear someone snoring in the other room. Front counter staff was not friendly at all. When I came in, a woman was on the phone for at least 5 minutes. No acknowledgement of my existence, no “one moment” or even a finger to show she will be with me. She did apologize so I’ll give her that. Also had to pay a $75 pet fee for having my little dog in the room for one night, I guess that’s not her fault just thought that was a bit much when my dog was not even there with me my entire stay. Literally, just there to sleep and she was out early that morning. As far as the atmosphere, I felt very uncomfortable. Like I said, you smile and wave at the staff and they look at you like you’re crazy. It was very weird. My experience there was not a great one. Maybe my standards are too high but either way. I will never room at this specific location in Concord again. 0/10 experience."

"The room was spacious, clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was average. The eggs were hot and cooked perfectly but the potatoes were room temp. Kudos on the plastic ware (very sturdy), cannot express how nice it is to use plastic ware that doesn't bend/break with use. Orange juice was syrup like on the bottom of the cup. The room could use some maintenance as the ceramic coating in the bathroom sink is all cracked. And lastly, a night lite in the bathroom would be great! Overall, the room was definitely worth the price and I would stay again."

"Great hotel will definitely return. One recommendation to satisfy more guests and SAVE HOTEL MONEY, the decoration grates in front of the air unit greatly reduces the flow of air to go into the room so it does not ever reach a cold desired temperature. If these were removed or modified to have better spacing the air would flow freely and trigger the temperature setting to actually save money by shutting off during the auto setting. During our two day stay the unit never shut off and temperature would not remain cool in the room and checking the unit this was the cause. Again, minor inconvenience but potential for huge cost savings for the hotel."
