Local guy used his key to let me in. No heating working. Freezing cold in room. Lights not working in kitchen nor toilet/bathroom so couldn’t see to pee"

"Harold gave us a very warm welcome and showed us into the house which we found to be a lovely comfortable, warm and well equipped guest house at Warlands Farm. It was great to also have the use of the spacious lounge and kitchen/dining room. We found the house bright and clean, with a newly refurbished interior.
