"Overall, my room was clean and comfortable. I did notice that the housekeeping service seemed a little disorganized during my stay, although the front desk staff was very helpful and responsive when I had questions or concerns. For breakfast, it would be wonderful to see a greater variety of fresh fruits offered. As a small suggestion for further improving the guest experience, the elevators could be mopped regularly and perhaps have some pleasant air fresheners added to keep them feeling fresh and welcoming."

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Erin in particular was a delight. When the tub stopper wasn't working and my arthritic, elderly mother wasn't able to soak away her travel aches and pains Erin scavenged a tub stopper from an unused room."

"When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very friendly! My kids and I really enjoyed the hot tub, pool and breakfast. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we will definitely return for another visit."
