"Arrived to be greeted by a group standing in the front entrance smoking weed. No one from the hotel asked them to simple move a few meters so all areivedcdidnt have to walk through it. Was woken up by dealing going on at 02:15am outside my door. There meals overall are not cheap, but the cheapest option at my point of stay was roughly £12 - but they then charge you £7 to bring it 1 floor which isn’t really 4* service. £6 to park your car a day and no guarantee of a space. The staff were always polite - but that only masks the reality here on somewhere more 2* with 4* prices "

"The attention to detail surrounding guest experience stood out to me. The furnishings, food, spa and staff were all top notch. Would highly recommend. The only thing is that the timings for things can be restrictive if you want to get the most out of your stay."

"The room was lovely: spacious and clean with a big window. The beds were super comfy and cosy. We drank some delicious local sparkling wine and enjoyed a tasty dinner. Loved the swimming pool and facilities. The staff were charming and very helpful. Couldn't rate it more highly."
