"The condo is as described, very well equiped, close to the beach and in outstanding conditon. M wife and I just spent the last week there and loved it. The property is well maintained, the pool is clear and clean and you are very close to the private beach access walkway. Nothing more to ask for. We are in our mid 80's and walked the hard packed sand beach every day. Nothing like it."

We had a couple of questions and he responded immediately. We will definitely plan a return trip in the future. Home is very close to the beach and many restaurants. "What a relaxing stay!!!! Loved where the property is located. Easy walk to beach. Nice clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy drive or bike ride to many places. The yard is fenced in. The covered deck and pool/patio area is perfect for relaxing. Fire pit and all charcoal grill. We loved it so much we extended our stay. The owner was quick to respond. E"

"Wonderful house one row back from the fantastic Butler beach. Spa in the garden was perfect (it was cold at night in April) for the kids. Huge lounge/kitchen room was perfect and led out onto the garden. Beautiful bedrooms and a top floor room. Garage with multiple beach toys and equipment was perfect."

"10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. It was probably a 2 minute walk from the door to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 4 and doggie. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great spring break in Florida!"
