"The owner of this unit was cheap. The couch was torn with a bleach stain on the seat. When you sat down your butt would sink in and hit the floor. There was only one other chair in the room. The blinds are missing slats so the morning sun is quite the wake me up. The plates and eating utensils are all mismatched and look garage sale. They were also dirty. Its left up to the previous renters to clean them. Some of the towels were all frayed and had seem better days. They again looked used from...

"Took a family trip to St. Augustine area. The condo is on the beach (the weather was cold, so we couldn't really enjoy that part of the trip). The condo was clean, it has a fully stocked kitchen, is near a supermarket, and is in a decent area 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine."
