"Our room was very clean and inviting. It was also easy to get to the area from the freeway and quiet at night. The Capitol City Grill has excellent food with generous servings. The breakfast was terrific, well worth the money and you can eat in your room. It is also pet friendly with a designated potty area. We'll stay here again when in the area. It has everything we need at a reasonable rate."

"Booked this stay knowing the price was low, so expectations were realistic. The room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, firm and solid, which made for a decent night’s sleep. That said, the room felt very outdated. The shower curtain rod was barely holding on, and the hairdryer looked like it had not been cleaned in decades. There was no vent fan in the bathroom, which likely explains the visible mold inside one of the light fixtures. One of the lights did not work at all, making the space even dimmer. There were holes in the walls where items had been removed and never patched. No extra towels or pillows were available, so what you arrive with is what you get. The bed frame was the most memorable part. The mattress was great, but the metal base sticks out and will absolutely catch your shins, toes, or knees. It feels like an obstacle you forget about until it reminds you. The walls are very thin, so even quiet conversations from nearby rooms come through clearly. The surrounding area also felt uneasy, with visible encampments nearby and regular foot traffic around the property. Overall, it delivers on price, but you will feel where those savings come from. "

"Hotel room was dirty. Our socks were black from how dirty the floor was. We found pizza crust in our pull out bed. We let the front desk know and they said they’d make note of it and completely ignored my complaint. Stated smoke free hotel but our whole floor smelt like weed and cigarettes. If we didn’t check in so late at night and didn’t have 3 exhausted kids we would have left. Asked for a refund and they are ignoring the request. "

"We don’t have much options in breakfast and not filling back after 9am, even though breakfast times were 7am to 10am. Apart from this rest all excellent."

"We stayed one night so we didn't use the laundry service. The room was clean. Our stay was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will choose Comfort Suites again. Thanks!!"

"Pros: room was clean, check-in was easy. Location is nice and quiet. Cons: The lighting in the room was so poor. We turned on every lamp to see anything. The lights above the sink were very dim. It was not good. Only 1 elevator worked. Breakfast had empty dishes, cold gravy and rock hard biscuits. "
