"This hotel was very reasonably priced for expensive Edinburgh. 20 mins by bus to the train station. Walking distance to the Royal Yacht. The staff were very friendly. No included breakfast, but they were a few complimentary breakfast items in the lobby, which we made use of. The room was very clean."

"Quiet area. Apartments clean and nicely furnished. Happy my younger daughters were with me to help with key retrieval and drop off. "

"Fantastic stay here beds supper comfortable quiet rooms , staff were lovely and nothing was a bother . Have us some info on busses where to go etc when we first checked in. rooms cleaned and towels cleaned daily . Breakfast was beautiful , wouldn't go anywhere else now . Just perfect "

"Breakfast could have been a bit more organised. At times staff were stretched in coping with a lot of people arriving at the same time. Perhaps think about giving people a choice of times so arrivals were staggered. Food itself was a bit cold and served on cold plates. Otherwise a nice stay at hotel. Room comfy as well as bed. Staff helpful. "
