"The hotel were great, we checked in late and the check in process was very straight forward and the staff member friendly. Breakfast was a good selection and plenty of eating spaces, we had a snack for lunch and although very nice was quite overpriced for what it was. We asked a staff member for advice on where to go on the Saturday night and she recommended an amazing bar! The room was clean and had all facilities and check out was good and well organised,"

"We booked the Highland Hotel at the last minute due to a change of plans because of Storm Amy. We were very happy with the room and the service we received, it's a lovely old hotel in a great spot for exploring Stirling Castle and the township. Parking was reasonably priced and on-site."

"We were staying for two nights to attend a wedding. The superior room was spacious, clean and tidy. All staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All facilities were to a very high standard. The evening meal we had was amazing with a unique presentation, the Chicken Kebabs arrived still on the skewers and hanging from a frame, a bit of theatre. Breakfast was a buffet, well layed out with a wide selection to choose from and very tasty."
