"I booked this hotel because they have valet parking. When we checked in, I was told the parking garage was full. I was given 3 other parking garage options and they were all full as well. So I had to drive around and find parking on my own. The air conditioner in the room was broke. There were no other rooms available to move to. They sent someone up to try and fix it but it couldn’t be fixed. They did bring us a fan but it was very hot and not comfortable. Also, a chunk of the bathroom door...

"This hotel DOES NOT look like they from photos it is seriously in bad shape the room smelled the sheets were stained the couch in the room was stained everything was beaten up. Elevator Broken -Very loud and the breakfast in the morning looked really bad . we woke up at 5 am to leave as soon as possible-"

"Arrived after 3pm but our room wasn't ready. Unfortunately our room was next to the family from hell. Their TV was on all night at a high volume. Fair choice at breakfast but needed to be replenished more frequently. "
