"We had the most wonderful experience at Boutique Hotel Alfina! They made my mom’s birthday so incredibly special. When we arrived, we were surprised with beautiful balloons, a birthday card thoughtfully signed by Tania and Richard, delicious macarons, and chocolates. It was such a heartfelt touch that meant so much to us. The location is conveniently located just a couple of minutes’ walk from the bus station. Our room had a gorgeous balcony with breathtaking views of the lake. It was truly magical and so relaxing, a perfect place to unwind and soak in the scenery. Breakfast was phenomenal. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The quality and variety were impressive, making every morning a treat. Tania, Richard, and all the staff were so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality was unmatched. Tania even took the time to help us figure out the best route for our travels and made sure we got where we needed to go without any trouble. We felt so at home and completely cared for during our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to ensure we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting the area. "Friendly staff, beautiful views, & lovely breakfast each morning. We were lucky to have a corner room overlooking Interlaken and away from other rooms. Walls are very thin — We had a sound machine & were not next door to anyone loud thankfully. Could hear foot steps above us but it wasn’t that big of a deal (the building is old). I’d definitely recommend this place if you want to get away from the craziness in town. There is room for parking or a bus that drops off close by (Dorf Goldswil stop), but pay close attention to the bus routes! If you miss the bus you’ll need to hike up the hill or catch a taxi."
