"Everything was super amazing and clean. Great location. Only one thing is there is no AC in the hotel. It was little bit hot and first night was hard to sleep so we got 2 fans. Other than that it was perfect."

"This hotel was within walking distance from the train station called Interlaken West. It is in an area with multiple restaurants, tourist shops, and a small grocery store (called coop) where we got drinks and snacks several times, including items for our breakfast. The hotel overall was clean, and our room was very clean. It was not luxurious, but it was fine. We were there at the end of July, and the weather was hot and humid. Our room did not have air conditioning. The room had 2 portable fans in it. There was a large window and a door to a small balcony, so we could open the window and door to let some air come in. However, on the ground level there were restaurants with outdoor seating, and when we wanted to go to sleep at 10:00 or 11:00 in the evening, the noise from people at the outdoor restaurant seating was very annoying if we (on third floor) had the window or door open. So, the choices were to put up with the noise of people talking and clanking dishes (it was surprisingly loud) or close up the window and balcony door and have a hot room. In cooler weather, this would not be a problem."

"The location was perfect and very close to the train stations. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. Although the price was a little high, we had a great view from our room and really enjoyed our stay overall. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage, which was extremely helpful since hotel check-in and check-out times don’t always coincide with train schedules. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, all within easy walking distance, which made the location very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The property sits on the lake. It is the most glorious view and the front desk clerk was very helpful very attentive. The breakfast is very good. They even serve wine with the breakfast, and there is lakefront dining with sliding glass doors that open up to the lake, it’s a wonderful property. There is no air-conditioning in the room but they do provide oscillating fans inside the room. Could you open the window to get the cool breeze that comes off the lake. I would highly recommend staying here for the view and for the breakfast…. and it seems to be popular dinner location as well."
