"We loved how close it was to Ueno Park, and lots of shopping. Not the best for wheelchairs but not impossible. They were very accommodating and helpful, suuuuper nice. "

"The room was clean and bathroom was functional too with good hot water. As with most budget Tokyo rooms, the room was extremely small (if you open up a large suitcase, there is no more floor space). The elevator sensor wasn't really working though as it physically closed on us multiple times. The elevator doors also were kinda dirty near the bottom. Staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. "It's not as jaw dropping as the Richardson in Tokyo. There they have activities for guests, our room was bigger, and they had these amazing pajamas we loved. Here we got robes, which were nice, but we had gotten spoiled."
