"Classic futons on floor for sleeping arrangements, rooms had air conditioning. Common bathrooms with plenty of showers, never had to wait. Eating area provided toast for breakfast and a dinner menu, but we were never around in evening so did not try restaurant. Very quiet area, easy walking distance to train station. "

"The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you"
