"Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit. "

That we went to the front desk to ask them and told us that they did not have any at the time. We had to wait one day to get clean towels. But the cleaning lady everyday she went and clean our room.
