"When I arrive to check in (prepaid in advance) they told me that they already rented my booked apartment to somebody else for cash (and it was twice more than I paid through hotels.com because I somewhat understand their language when they discussed between themselves). It was exteremely inconvenient because my family members had to go down (no elevators) four stories in one building and then claim 5...
