4/5 Good
"We had a lovely stay. I would give 5 stars except the kitchen was a little under equipped with no utensils for cooking and no garbage can. Also, both the bed and the couch were very firm. They were both so firm it made it hard for both me and my husband to sleep. Other than that everything was great. I would consider staying here again if the sleeping surfaces weren't so firm. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!
I booked an apartment in March for April after spending hours looking at potential options. We arrived at the apartment to be told it wasn’t ready and we’d have to go to a hotel in Zabljak instead!
The apartment wasn’t ready because it was early in the season! The property is still being advertised as available now!
We didn’t stay at the hotel because it was a small room with kitchenette that wasn’t suitable. We found another apartment nearby.
The man at SOA Hotel was very unsympathetic and kept saying the hotel room was our best option/best thing for us! Obviously it was the best option for them, not us!
We are trying to get a refund but they are refusing!
At no point did they try and contact us about the apartment not being ready, if they had we could have arranged something else much sooner! It’s a scam!"

"We arrived at a wooden spacious house with 3 bedrooms. Everything was clean and ready for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary kitchen appliances, games for kids, books and video films. The owner was welcoming and very nice!"

"The property is spotlessly clean and a lot of thought and care has gone into its design. It has a well equipped kitchen and fairly large lounge area. The host left a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The property is well located to visit the region.
I was sent the address and the exact location on the day we arrived. Given that we were travelling and did not have access to wi-fi this made finding the apartment very difficult. We drove around for about 1 hour before asking someone in a bar if they recognised the house. Luckily, it happened to be the cousin of the host ! If we hadn’t met him I am not sure how we would have found it.
The description of the property does not mention that it is in the host’s back garden. This came as quite a disappointment. There are no views and the house is in touching distance to the host’s house.
You could not stay here if any of your party has mobility difficulties, the stairs are very difficult . It would be dangerous if you had small children. This needs to be made clear in the description of the property.
The bathroom was well equipped but there was a disgusting smell at all times. We think it was the drains. It made staying in the property difficult.
We were supposed to stay for 7 nights but left after 4.
The area is beautiful. We visited the black lake, the Tara canyon and the Tara bridge, the zip wire over the bridge is amazing ."
