I paid for 2 nights. We arrived and no one was there. I called 5 times to ask for guidance but no answer. I emailed to ask for help but no response. I emailed to say I still wanted to stay at the property but no response. I emailed to ask for a refund, guess what…no response. I had to pay for another place. Really really unhappy.
