"As soon as we walked in the room smelled horrible, you could tell the floor wasn’t vacuumed, there was a bunch of trash on the floor. We didn’t even bother speaking to the manager as we figured all the other rooms would be the same. We didn’t even bother staying and ended up staying somewhere else. "If you are comfortable with a motel over a hotel, you’ll be okay… -Air conditioning works -Terribly uncomfortable beds and flat lumpy pillows -No electric outlets in the bathrooms for hair products, very few in house overall -Only given half a roll of paper towels so bring your own -Couch covering itchy-Lighting not great - lightbulbs dead or missing-Broken finishings - tile on kitchen island, closet door off the hinges -Roach found in our shoes overnight -Ice maker didn’t work - bought our own ice-There’s a coffee pot, but no coffee grounds-One house away from gas station - not the safest feeling -Overall clean I understand it is listed as a budget-friendly, basic property, but this was as basic as I’ve ever seen. "

"This house was absolutely FILTHY!! Somehow I missed the pictures posted from someone last month or I definitely would not have stayed here. It does smell like cigarette smoke throughout the house but esp in the primary bedroom. There’s panels missing on the hot water heater/furnace closet. Big safety hazard if you have little kids. The gap all around the front door. The whole house needs a good cleaning and paint job. Stains on rugs. No way the carpets are cleaned monthly. Dirty baseboards. I could go on and on. The primary shower works good but it drains very slow. Dirty shower too. See other pics from someone else’s stay. Her pics are very accurate. This place is just gross!! Would NOT recommend!! Budget friendly shouldn’t mean DIRTY!! And there’s some homeless people that like to hang out at the convenience store a few doors down. No one bothered us but they were around. "
