"Pequeno-almoço muito mau, deram-nos um quarto e quando chegamos ao quarto o mesmo ainda não havia sido limpo.. Tiveram que dar-nos outro quarto e ainda assim devido a troca quando chegamos ao hotel ao final da noite após irmos passear a chaves não estava a funcionar e ainda tivemos um tempo à espera ..."

"There was a large conference at the hotel which added to noise and lack of service in the lounge. Had we known prior that this conference was happening, we would not have stayed. Noise in our room was attributed to the elevators possibly. It would have been nice to have shower gel in the bathroom. ..."

"Very nice place to stay if you want a clean bed and room in Brussels. I really enjoyed the air conditioning in a very hot Brussels. But the price tripled almost between the first and third night so please check prices before booking. Very practical hotel to stay in otherwise."
