"Easy checkin, good communication to collect the keys and allowed us to leave our luggage on check out which was great as we had a late train. Well appointed, large apartment with lift. Great location, close to Como S Giovanni train station and easy access of the lake, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and would definitely use again on my next trip to Como. "

"Spectacular lakefront views with large balcony (Patria) apt. W full kitchen, large bathroom and roomy bedroom with adequate queen mattress. Sabrina had it nicely prepared for our arrival though she was unable to welcome us as we arrived after 2:30 pm. She left details requested regarding walkable restaurants and ferry transportation which was very helpful. We stopped at a grocery store in Como to stock up for our 3 night stay not knowing the extent of food necessities and goodies awaiting us...

We did find that the kitchen was ok but lacked an oven as the microwave was small for cooking larger dishes. "This was an “antique” type facility. Very quaint and while it included some nice features, a washing machine (no dryer) the “master bedroom” is an “open loft” and the bathroom is on the first level. All of the beds are very hard and none of the tvs worked. "
