"Front office staff was nice when we checked but the next day had to ask 3 times to clean our room and for clean towels. In the end, they did not clean the room and sent towels only after I complained a 4th time. "

"It’s was a very clean hotel. I actually got what I paid for. I’m very glad that I chose this hotel for this family trip. My kids loved the pool area and the continental breakfast was to die for. I swear it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff was beyond kind. I just loved this trip experience and they made it way more beautiful for my family and I. Totally recommend 100%!!!"

"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing. Only complaint is the first night we were told that the pool closed at 10pm. So my kids jumped in at 930pm. About 10mins til 10pm, the security guard asked what we were doing and that we shouldnt be in the pool area. We explained the front desk told us 9pm, but he wouldnt listen and firmly said the sign says 9pm! We apologized and left, and then asked the front desk the next day and they also daid 10pm..so we were a little confused by the security guard. But other than that..we had an amazing time!"
