"I have been to Mount Princeton hot springs several times over the last 25 years and I am extremely pleased with the amazing transformation this place has had. Beautiful flowers, clean restrooms and clean pools. Our Creekside room was spotless and the kitchenette served us well.
Only 3 forks and 3 spoons for a room that sleeps 4 was a small oversight. Parking was easy with plenty of space but we did need to use care when we crossed the busy road to reach the pools. But it was easily walkable and a beautiful view of the mountain and creek. We especially enjoyed the private patio. We could sit in the morning sun and enjoy our coffee. "

"Amazing home on the Arkansas river. Huge patio/porches, playground with sand for kids, fire pit, movie theatre, kids play room, etc. Had everything that our families wanted, so we cancelled our plans for the weekend and stayed on the property the entire time. Would recommend to anyone and especially if you have kids. "
