"Really nice house nestled in between mountains with great views. Very quiet location. We didn’t see another car until we got to the main highway the whole time we stayed there. The house is midway between Gunnison and Crested Butte. The house is a little off the beaten path but very nice nonetheless. The only complaint would be no televisions in the bedrooms but it didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again."

"Cozy property minutes to Mt Princeton hot springs. We spent the weekend with family and had a great time. The house was fully stocked for cooking meals and the house has the perfect mountain home feel. One very minor thing is the basement was very cold. It took a day for the space heaters to warm up the place and it was fine after this. Overall we loved it! "

"Our stay was an excellent experience for the entire family! This house has everything we needed to enjoy the Colorado Mountains including the fishing pond with lots of fish. The location is great for the nearby hot springs, rafting and towns of Salida and Buena Vista. The beds were comfortable and the back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the stars after dark. If you are looking for a great place for your family to relax and un plug, this is the place to go to."

"We had multi-generations staying in this cabin for a week. The cabin was fabulous. Room for all of us to sleep, play, and relax. The kids loved the property as they were able to run around. We drove around and saw big horn sheep, a moose, deer, and elk. The kitchen was a great size and made it easy for us to feed a large group. Since we had brought pre-made frozen items (soups, cookies ect) having the freezer was a great addition. Thank you!"

"This house is amazing! I want to hire the contractor that updated it. We had 6 guys up for an annual fishing trip. It was our 10th year coming to the Gunnison/Crested Butte area. We’ve stayed in hotels and other houses in the area, but never again. It was unanimous that this one was our favorite accommodations. Perfect location, gorgeous setting, and incredible attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back!"
