Room was spotless. Thought the toilet was going to fall over. The faucet in the bathroom was pulled away from the wall. Shampoo and conditioner was on the wall outside of the shower. Public bathroom was filthy with no toilet paper, soap or towels. And the toilet was plugged. Staff was kind when they were there.

We were told they had hot breakfast at 6:30. Nothing was out at 9. Bathroom floor tile was dirty , didn’t take a shower. No screen on window , could not leave the window open. Could not get TV streaming to work. Beds and bedroom were clean. Wholes in the bathroom door. The price was 200$ a room per night. It was not a $200 room

It was clean the beds were comfortable and staff was nice but there were things that needed fixing- toilet seat- shampoo holders - air conditioner worked but was loud- other people in hotel were loud- doors slammed- could have been better- could have been worse

The room was clean and comfortable and Kiran was very nice. My only complaint is the bar of soap that also was to be used as shampoo. Terrible shampoo! My hair felt heavy even after rinsing several times and drawing a brush through it took more than normal strength. I'd recommend replacing that product with something better. Thanks for asking.

The staff the One and only person there was Amazing. The room was clean, but not the room we booked. The place was full of sketchy people inside and out. The ceiling was missing panels in the hall ways, the hall way floors were very dirty. The hot tub was a joke. Our friends had people in their room still and they also rented a double queen and were placed in a king suite not what they booked. The doors were missing locks the curtains were dirty. The police were sitting in the parking lot.
