"PROS-friendly staff.good beds.great temperature&water pressure in shower.CONS-outside doors don’t lock. Floors and walls in common areas dirty.F work scratched into elevator. Elevator OOS 1 day in&we were on 4th floor.Dirty shower&bathroom floor.2 towels only for 6 people.lightbulbs out in room.used soap in trash before we arrived.adjoining room door lock didn’t work so for safety for our kids had to push armoire in front of the door.ac broken with filters sticking out.we didn’t get room service...
